Return Policy Overview:

1. No Returns for Change of Mind:
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong size or color.
2. Quality Issues:
• If you receive an item that has a defect or quality issue, we will absolutely make it right!
• Please email us at thumbprintdesignco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email:
• Your order number.
• A clear picture of the defective item.
• A description of the issue.
3. Resolution Process:
• Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will either:
• Send you a replacement item.
• Issue a full refund

Exceptions:

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.
